Brian Oxman, lawyer of Joe Jackson and legal consultant of the King of Pop for 23 years, together with Kathryn Milofsky, who works with Brian Oxman on some important projects for the defence of Michael Jackson, have been overwhelmed by the huge support showed by the fans who took place to the first Official Convention of the King of Pop, last Sunday in Milan.

The First Official European Convention dedicated to Michael Jackson took place Sunday February 14, 2010. Legend Music Awards and MJPortal are proud to have been the organizers of this important event which was given an incredible visibility through the media coverage which included not only national but international journalists. Included on the guest list and present at the Convenition were RAI, ANSA, Mediaset and international newspapers. Invited guests who presided at the Convention and gave their special insights into Michael Jackson's life were Brian Oxman, Kathryn Milfsky, Rabbi Smuley Boteach and Sony Pictures Italia.

Eros is preparing a pharaonic show for the world tour which starts on October 21st from Rimini. «We are organizing something almost impossible for an Italian. I let people do, then in the end a freaky bil arrives ...», he says. Eros have chosen great professionals. The director is Serge Denoncourt, the same of the 2003-4 tour, which comes from the Cirque du Soleil. The staff includes people who worked with Justin Timberlake, Killers, Pink Floyd and Depeche Mode.«We must have a show which is compared to the international onesi», the producer Maurizio Salvadori explains. For the closing date there's a forbidden dream: Cuba. «I'm thinking about it since 92-93. Then I had be blocked because the American radios menaced a boycotting of my songs if I had played in the island. This time I'm read to go home by home with a guitar». a love for Castro and the revolución? «Once for Castro, I was in Cuba for evaluating an investment, I have autographed a record. But it is not politic matter. Evil is everywhere: on the right, on the left and in the centre. I see more of it in the centre. I go there for the love of the people for my music. I saw a documentary in the 1990 in which they asked a boy to sing a song and he sang "Se bastasse" in Spanish. The stage will be awesome. Eight containers who move, turn, open to create new ambients, rotate and serve as screens, too. «The idea of the cointainer recalls the image of the harbour, of the lived life. It will be a challenge between me and the stage: if they build something gigantic around you, you must be able to stay well inside it. A tour is like a car race. You take a car, you set it up and do things well, but in the end the responsibility is of the pilot ».

NEW YORK, NY - At the stroke of 12 a.m. (midnight) EST on October 12th, a never-before released song from Michael Jackson - a single entitled "This Is It" - will be unveiled to the world on www.MichaelJackson.com. "This Is It," a brand new song, marks yet another exciting moment in music history for one of the world’s most revered artists; featuring backing vocals by Michael’s brothers The Jacksons, the song plays during the closing sequence of Sony Pictures' forthcoming film MICHAEL JACKSON'S THIS IS IT and is on the 2-disc CD set Michael Jackson's This Is It, which is the stand-alone companion to the motion picture. The single artwork - a new photo of Michael taken recently at his Staples Center rehearsals - will also be disclosed.
Later this month, Sony Music Entertainment's Columbia/Epic Label Group will release the two-disc album Michael Jackson's This Is It internationally on October 26th and North America on October 27th to coincide with the worldwide release of the motion picture, which arrives in theaters on October 28th and runs for a limited two-week engagement.
Disc one features the original album masters of some of Michael's biggest hits such as "Billie Jean," "Smooth Criminal," "Human Nature," and "Thriller" arranged in the same sequence as they appear in the film. The disc ends with two versions of "This Is It," the original and an orchestral version. "This Is It" is featured in the film's closing sequence and includes backing vocals by Michael's brothers, the Jacksons.
Disc two offers fans a rare listen to the early demo versions of classics "She's Out Of My Life," "Wanna Be Startin'," "Somethin'," and "Beat It." This disc also features a recently discovered spoken word poem from Michael Jackson entitled "Planet Earth."
Michael Jackson's This Is It also includes a 36-page, commemorative booklet featuring exclusive photos of Michael from his last rehearsal.

The motion picture MICHAEL JACKSON’S THIS IS IT will offer Jackson fans and music lovers worldwide a rare, behind-the-scenes look at the performer as he developed, created and rehearsed for his sold-out concerts that would have taken place beginning this summer in London's O2 Arena. Chronicling the months from March through June, 2009, the film is drawn from more than one hundred hours of behind-the-scenes footage, featuring Jackson rehearsing a number of his songs for the show. The fight between the two brothers Liam and Loen Gallagher, leaders of Oasis, occurred yesterday in Paris, brought to the cancellation of the concert of the band from Manchester expected for tomorrow in Milan. Noel Gallagher announced on the band website to have left the band after a fight with his brother, occurred before a concert which should take place in Saint Cloud, near Paris, but which was cancelled. The concert in Milan
