Rita Carla Francesca Monticelli
Biologist, former university researcher and assistant (1998 to 2004), Carla Monticelli approaches for the first time the music world in 2001, thanks to her meeting with Fools Garden.
The collaboration with Fools Garden and Lemonade Music starts with the creation of the Italian website www.foolsgarden.it, but it develops in 2004 (year of foundation of Anakina Web) with the beginning of the promotion activity in Italy, the finding of an Italia record label, RoadHouse Music, for the release of the album “Ready For The Real Life” and the collaboration of the band and Volker Hinkel with Daniele Groff.
Lately the management of the German official website www.foolsgarden.de is added since January 2005 until May 2007, and the role of tour manager during the Italian mini tour in August 2005.
Starting from 2005 Dirk Blümlein joins her roster, for whom she takes care of the Italian promotion and booking for his band and his solo project. Starting from December 2006, also the web (MySpace) and radio promotion. In July 2007 she takes care of the planning of the concert of Dirk Blümlein Terzett in Montopoli In Val D'Arno (Pisa), in the scope of Montopoli Jazz (MusicaStrada Festival).
In August 2006 she starts working on Hinkel, the solo project of Volker Hinkel (Hinkelstone Productions), as manager, promoter and booking agent.
In February 2007, the collaboration with the independent label Echophonic from Milan starts for the eventual release of the music of Hinkel in Italy and the production of the digital split “The Big Eye” by The Mirrors/Hinkel released in March 2008.
Since May 2007 she works with Daniele Groff and RoadHouse Music for the web promotion (including the official website and the MySpace page) of the new single “Prendimi”, co-written and produced by Volker Hinkel, and then, starting from October, she is taking care of the booking for the artist.
Among the many partners: Jazz’N’Arts, German jazz label, for which she is taking care of the booking in Italy for Thomas Siffling starting from spring 2007; Goodnight Film (USA), for the inclusion of the track “House Of Love” by Hinkel in the sound track of the movie “The Other Side Of The Tracks” (expected release 2008) by A.D. Calvo, with the TV series ‘Roswell’ start Brendan Fehr as protagonist; Jam Music Production Int., starting from autumn 2007.
In 2008, there is the beginning of the collaboration with the association/agency/label “Riserva Sonora” for the development of some projects. Between autumn 2008 and winter 2009 she organizes, together with Piperine Events, the "Piperine Nights" in Milan.
In 2009 she is partner of Radio Tour Festival 2009 and collaborates to The Music Think Tank 2009.
The collaboration with The Music Think Tank continues in 2010, too.

Cool Promotion was born in 1988 and since 20 years it organizes shows and concerts.
During these years they proposed many artists. Stage System srl is a company which deals with fittings, with buildings in general and with organizations of events. Nippon Project
All starts in 2004 with the creation of the website Japan Music, where with passing of time many friendships and collaborations started which brought, at the end of 2005, to the creation of Japan Project.
Nippon Project is a no-profit association born from an idea of Japanese music fans with the aim to promote the latter by using different channels which were more congenial to them, as meetings, collaborations with interested public and private bodies, website and various enterprises.
The possible incomes, subsidies and donations will be always used for the aims of the association.


Luca Bernasconi
He starts as live photographer at the end of the 90's - as amateur - and then he comes to the professional photography in 2001. After collaborations with several music portals (also as journalist), he becomes steadily a collaborator (on April 2005) of the famous magazine Metal Hammer. After few months, because of some professional disagreements, the entire staff of the magazine leaves it, and creates a new editorial project - "Metal Maniac" - which in a little time becoms the reference point of the metal publishing in Italy. Luca Bernasconi is still its official photographer, also opening his own website www.lucabernasconi.com in June 2005.
Luca deals with live photography as well as posed photo services for companies or music bands.
