Ramazzotti will inaugurate on the 21st in Rimini a series of concerts around the world. «Pharaonic show »

Eros is preparing a pharaonic show for the world tour which starts on October 21st from Rimini. «We are organizing something almost impossible for an Italian. I let people do, then in the end a freaky bil arrives ...», he says. Eros have chosen great professionals. The director is Serge Denoncourt, the same of the 2003-4 tour, which comes from the Cirque du Soleil. The staff includes people who worked with Justin Timberlake, Killers, Pink Floyd and Depeche Mode.«We must have a show which is compared to the international onesi», the producer Maurizio Salvadori explains. For the closing date there's a forbidden dream: Cuba. «I'm thinking about it since 92-93. Then I had be blocked because the American radios menaced a boycotting of my songs if I had played in the island. This time I'm read to go home by home with a guitar». a love for Castro and the revolución? «Once for Castro, I was in Cuba for evaluating an investment, I have autographed a record. But it is not politic matter. Evil is everywhere: on the right, on the left and in the centre. I see more of it in the centre. I go there for the love of the people for my music. I saw a documentary in the 1990 in which they asked a boy to sing a song and he sang "Se bastasse" in Spanish. And I was surprised to see one million people in a square at the peace concert organized by Juanes, when Jovanotti participated».
The stage will be awesome. Eight containers who move, turn, open to create new ambients, rotate and serve as screens, too. «The idea of the cointainer recalls the image of the harbour, of the lived life. It will be a challenge between me and the stage: if they build something gigantic around you, you must be able to stay well inside it. A tour is like a car race. You take a car, you set it up and do things well, but in the end the responsibility is of the pilot ».

1.000.000.000 people said "Farewell, Michael Jackson"
Tuesday, 07 July 2009 21:59
The occasion was sad, but the day was marked with a true celebration. Over 1.000.000.000 people watched the MJ public Memorial last night. The historical event has been broadcast worldwide.
Nearly 11,000 people packed Los Angeles' Staples Center to share in a star-studded musical and spoken-word tribute to Michael Jackson, who died suddenly June 25 at age 50, pretty much shocking the world in the process.
Michael was eulogized in word and song by some of America's most famous entertainers, athletes, and public figures, including Mariah Carrey, Brooke Shields, poet Maya Angelou, Martin Luther King III and sister Bernice King, Smokey Robinson, Berry Gordy, Stevie Wonder, Lionel Richie, Magic Johnson and many more!
"I wished I didn't live to see this day come. I do know that God is good, and I know that as much as we may feel, and we do, that we need Michael here with us, God must have needed him far more," Stevie Wonder told the crowd of about 20,000 people.
"He will never really be gone," Smokey Robinson said. "He is going to live forever and ever and ever and ever."
Queen Latifah relayed Angelou's poem, "We Had Him," in which she called Jackson "our bright and shining star" and "our treasure." "Though we are many, each of us is achingly alone, piercingly alone, only when we confess our confusion can we remember that he was a gift to us and we did have him ... Whether we knew who he was or did not know, he was ours and we were his. We had him."
Motown founder Berry Gordy said that Jackson -- who began his career as part of the Jackson 5 for Motown -- "was like a son to me. Gordy called Jackson "the greatest entertainer who ever lived." The pronouncement was greeted with massive applause.
"He was driven by his hunger to learn," Gordy said, "to confidently top himself, to be the best, the consummate student. He studied the greats and became greater. He raised the bar and then broke the bar."
Brooke Shields, at times breaking into tears, told the audience that she met Jackson when she was 13. "Both of us needed to be adults very early, but when we were together, we were two little kids having fun ... He was caring, funny, honest, pure, non-jaded, and he was a lover of life."
Al Sharpton: "He opened up the whole world ... It was Michael Jackson that brought blacks and whites and Asians and Latinos together." He said Jackson broke barriers and made Americans of different races feel more comfortable with each other, paving the way for Oprah Winfrey, Tiger Woods and even Barack Obama. "Michael made us love each other. Michael taught us to stand for each other."
Kobe Bryant praised Jackson's philanthropic efforts, and Magic Johnson threw his support behind Katherine Jackson, who currently has temporary custody of Jackson's kids. "His three children will have the most incredible grandmother to take care of them ... so may God continue to bless this incredible family."
The playlist: Mariah Carey and Trey Lorenz duetted on "I'll Be There;" Lionel Richie performed "Jesus is Love;" a visibly pregnant Jennifer Hudson sang "Will You Be There," John Mayer performed "Human Nature," Usher sang "Gone Too Soon," and boy singer Shaheen Jafargholi sang "Who's Lovin' You."
Prince Michael, right, Paris Katherine, and younger brother Blanket, clutching a Michael Jackson doll, at the memorial service for their father.Jackson's family attended a private funeral at Forest Lawn cemetery in the Hollywood Hills earlier today, then accompanied the hearse to the Staples Center along streets stripped of rush-hour traffic. His brothers, all dressed in suits with yellow ties, red roses in their lapels and glittering gloves, carried the gilded casket into the arena, and Jermaine Jackson later sang "Smile" for his brother.
Jackson's daughter Paris Katherine closed the service, sobbing out a simple heartfelt sentence: "Daddy has been the best father you can ever imagine, and I just want to say, I love you so much."
At the end of the service, Marlon Jackson told the crowd that no one could ever imagine the pressure of Jackson's outsize fame. "Being judged, ridiculed, how much pain can one take ... Maybe now, Michael, they will leave you alone."
Jackson collaborator Kenny Ortega says the London concert series they were prepping for when Jackson died would have been his triumphant return to the world. The memorial closed with members of his touring company singing "We Are the World," soon joined by the day's other performers and Jackson's family, and finally, "Heal the World."
Event producer Ken Ehrlich said that the service was showing all of the many facets of Jackson's influence. "All the colors of his life are coming out, everyone is saying something different and authentic," he said as the show was under way.
Statement of the Jackson family

Just two days after the tragic death of Michael Jackson, The Jackson Family has released a statement to fans on the event that has rocked the world.
“In one of the darkest moments of our lives we find it hard to find the words appropriate to this sudden tragedy we all had to encounter. Our beloved son, brother and father of three children has gone so unexpectedly, in such a tragic way and much too soon. It leaves us, his family, speechless and devastated to a point, where communication with the outside world seems almost impossible at times.”
“We miss Michael endlessly, our pain cannot be described in words. But Michael would not want us to give up now. So we want to thank all of his faithful supporters and loyal fans worldwide, you — who Michael loved so much. Please do not despair, because Michael will continue to live on in each and every one of you. Continue to spread his message, because that is what he would want you to do. Carry on, so his legacy will live forever.”
Joe Jackson, family patriarch and Michael’s father, added his own message to the statement:
“My grandchildren are deeply moved by all the love and support you have shown for them and their father, Michael Jackson.”
Comments on the death of Michael Jackson
"This was the most exciting collaboration of my life with a man who has inspired me like no other. ... This was the world's greatest performer and the world will miss him." - Kenny Ortega, who was directing Jackson's upcoming concerts in London and who said he was his friend for 25 years.
"Michael Jackson's accomplished so much that there's not even words to explain what he's done for urban and pop music. Every artist that I personally know has been influenced by him. The world has lost one of the greatest entertainers who shaped many generations and will continue to for years to come." - Akon
"When we worked together on `Bad,' I was in awe of his absolute mastery of movement on the one hand, and of the music on the other. Every step he took was absolutely precise and fluid at the same time. It was like watching quicksilver in motion." - Film director Martin Scorsese
"The incomparable Michael Jackson has made a bigger impact on music than any other artist in the history of music. He was magic. He was what we all strive to be. ... I love you Michael." - Beyonce Knowles.
"From the beginning of my career, he was my idol in show business. ... I had his poster on my wall." - Celine Dion
"We are out of our joy. He is out of his pain. ... He was constantly challenged in the press and all he really wanted to be was the greatest entertainer and he was that." — Politician and civil rights activist the Rev. Jesse Jackson, who counseled Michael Jackson at his Neverland ranch while the pop star was defending himself against molestation charges.
"He broke barriers, he changed radio formats. With music, he made it possible for people like Oprah Winfrey and Barack Obama to impact the mainstream world. His legacy is unparalleled." - Hip-hop artist Usher
"I was so excited to see his show in London. He has been an inspiration throughout my entire life and I'm devastated he's gone!" - Britney Spears
"I can't stop crying over the sad news. I have always admired Michael Jackson. The world has lost one of the greats, but his music will live on forever! My heart goes out to his three children and other members of his family. God bless." - Madonna
Michael Jackson died: the famous popstar had a heart attack in his house.

Michael Jackson is such a popular figure in America that few minutes after the news of his seizure, groups of people always more numerous gathered spontaneously awaiting more precise news.
In front of the UCLA hospital in Los Angele, but also in Times Square in New York as well as in front of the villa of the singer, in Beverly Hills, hundreds of people gathered.
The CNN suspended any other news for dedicating the entire evening with programmes about Jackson, "For the United Statis it is a very sad news, which leaves all shocked" sead the anchorman, Wolf Blitzer. All people interviewed in New York as well as in Los Angeles always commented in the same way: "Michael Jackson was a genius. An icon of pop music. An American symbol".

THE KING OF POP REAPPEARS
BIG CROWD FOR JACKO
Some days ago he appeared in front the cameras, announcing his new and last tour in Europe. Now the ex King of pop, Michael Jackson, reappeared again in London, where he went to see the musical Oliver!. Immediately many fans surrounded him for autographs, photos, shaking his hand, and Jack seemed happy of all these special attentions. As it always happens, the crowd aroung Janet's brother brought to some trouble and a bit of extra work for the British police, but there is something worse. Actually there is always much curiosity aroung Michael, that even his fans are perplexed about his decision to get back on stage: for many of them actually, Jacko cannot make it to sustain ten dates. But, at least, they hope it.

SHOWBIZ Madonna will design her own collection for Ed Hardy

Considering the many pictures on the web, it is clear that during the spare time Madonna loves to wear t-shirts, dresses and accessories by Ed Hardy. Since we know her, we are not surprised that the following step is to create an own collection in collaboration with Christian Audigier, the stylist who made famous the brand Von Dutch and that since some years works on his own, thus creating the brand Ed Hardy, appreciated also by Britney Spears and Kanye West. But all that will occur after Audigier ends the work for the costumes that Michael Jackson wil wear during the concerts in London on next July.

Micheal Jackson back on stage?
According to unconfirmed sources, July 9th will be the date of the first concert of Michael Jackson after almost 8 years. The other dates will probably be revealed in the press conference, which also Jackson will attend, expected for this afternoon at 4 p.m. CET. The official website of the King of Pop should broadcast live the meaning of this afternoon (March 5th) at O2, London.

Michael Jackson: a 180-million return with 30 dates in London?
The long series of dates by Prince and Spice Girls at O2 Arena, London, has maybe inspired Michael Jackson to do like them: Jacko, as reported by a British tabloid, and therefore the news should be taken with a certain caution, would be about to sign an agreement which will bring him to perform at the big London facility for thirty consecutive dates. The job will make Jackson earn the equivalent of 180 million euros. The newspater affirms that the show series should be confirmed shortly and it will take place in July.
